Roka Akor will feature an extensive menu of innovative Japanese dishes that include the highest quality of Japanese and domestic wagyu, prime-cut steaks, sushi, seafood, and vegetables with Japanese-inspired marinades and sauces. The restaurant’s design features a centrally located robata grill where all steaks, seafood, and vegetables, are prepared over mesquite charcoal with flames that can raise temperatures up to 1,900 degrees.
